Marcus Mail Tidy terms of use

Marcus Mail Tidy is a personal utility from Designed4Human for the operator's own accounts or accounts they are authorised to access. It is not offered as a public or commercial email-management service.

The current Gmail integration provides read-only assessment and suggestions. Suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before they are used to make decisions about messages. Rule approval alone does not activate mailbox changes. Do not treat the tool as the sole record of important financial, legal, security or personal correspondence.

Use the tool only within the permissions granted by the account owner and Google. Do not share credentials or enable another person's account without their permission. Google's authorisation can expire or be revoked, and the utility may be unavailable while the local computer or services are stopped.

The privacy policy describes how information is accessed, processed and stored. The owner may stop using the utility, disconnect Google access and remove retained records as described there. Contact: research@designed4human.com.
