Designed4human was born out of an appreciation for a good user experience and a frustration that a lot of organisations still don’t take the end user experience into consideration as the fundamental cornerstone of any technology implementation.
The founders gathered a collection of good and bad experiences along the way, as well as some methods observed as having been used to achieve that excellent user experience, in the hope that other interested parties may find the information useful when they are attempting a system design, solution implementation or even prrocess change.

I have worked in different roles and organisations to expand my experience. This includes Consulting with EY, Project Management (large corporate clients) with Intelledox and Smart Communications, as well as Information Technology strategy development and operations management, across various industries such as Education, Healthcare, Financial services, Utilities and Government.
