Some call us Startup Coaches, or Business launch consultants, but our aim is simple, to provide comprehensive support and guidance to help clients launch successful businesses.

Some of the activities we perform are:

  1. Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  2. Helping clients develop business plans and identify their target audience, competitive advantages, and unique value proposition.
  3. Guidance on the formation of legal entities, such as registering for business licenses and permits. (coming soon- referrals to partners such as Legal or Accounting advisors to implement chosen structures)
  4. (coming soon) Coordinating with other professionals, such as brand consultants, lawyers, accountants, and web developers, to ensure that all aspects of the business launch are covered.
  5. Offering guidance on fundraising and financing options, in order to achieve the appropriate debt/equity mix such as crowdfunding, loans, and venture capital.
  6. Providing advice on marketing and branding strategies, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  7. Developing project plans and timelines, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  8. Offering ongoing support and coaching to help clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
