  • Successful project management of numerous projects to integrate Enterprise tools (Intelledox/SmartIQ, SuiteCRM, Alesco HRM, Micropay Meridian, Office 365, RPA etc) into various Government, Higher Education and private enterprises including Commonwealth and State/Territory Governments, Mining, Universities/TAFE, Utilities, Travel and Healthcare.

This included working within government financial frameworks to ensure compliance with legislation as well as internal policy. In addition, I have successfully restructured a program of work to recover projects in different stages, achieved by implementing suitable project management structure and practices, and direct stakeholder engagement to manage expectations.
  • In addition, I delivered transformation projects for Fortescue Metals Group (RPA) and CSIRO (lean/6 sigma). A number of other projects included the delivery of software integration for customers on an ISO certified cloud platform (Smart Communications).
  • Utilised workplace tools such as Asana, Jira, Wrike and MS Project for technical project management. I have also used tools such as Salesforce and Kimble to manage opportunity flow. This included risk assessment, financial viability, resourcing, and scheduling. I have also developed bespoke templates for project and program management as part of the stand-up of a program office.
  • Worked closely with a broad range of stakeholders including C-suite, product leads, program offices, and users to achieve project and program outcomes. This resulted in repeated success supporting leadership to achieve their digital strategy goals.
  • Demonstrated strong skills in managing teams of varying sizes (2-40 staff) for end-to-end digitalisation of key customer processes using technology, e.g., employee pre-placement assessment, pre-MRI safety checks and Pathology advertise-to-offer recruitment (Sonic Healthcare).
